Good info here with follow on links...http://www.ehow.com/list_7641903_causes-sinking-porches.html

Put some jacks under the supports and jack it up. Add foundation supports to level it. Hire a professional if you are a novice.

It depends on what is causing the sagging. Are the posts sinking? are the joists warping? Is the ledger solid on the wall? Usually the smartest way to repair a porch is to demolish & start again. Also usually some of the materials can be recycled to save costs. If it is a "Porch" the term suggests that it is not overly large,so costs involved would not be that great.

How about a "wrap-around porch" on a 50,000 square foot house?

We would call that a "Verandah".A porch here is generally considered to be about 6ft. x 6ft.
