Steve Jobs believed in simplicy, beauty, quality & a good working environment. He's sure sold me a lot of stuff.
I liked the computers in the early 80's that came in bright colors and were shaped like tiny volkswagons. I had an orange one. I'm glad it changed though!

Apple has a cult-like following for the last decade or two. They seem to design products that each owner swears is made specifically for him. They seem to be able to stay a few steps of the competition. For example, realizing that the PC market was shrinking, the company quickly developed other products in a very timely manner: laptop (absolutely first class), I-Phones, I-Pads, and I-Pods. Hewlett Packard is struggling now because it stayed with the PC market too long, not to mention buying Compaq computer for its PC platform.
Steve Jobs is a genius and Apple Computer is the most innovative company in the universe!

Steve Jobs is my hero. I wish him well. Pancreatic Cancer is difficult. I know a woman who has it and she's visited by Hospice.
He has a couple of good men working for him now.
Jobs has more stock in Disney than he does in Apple. I think he's Disney's biggest stockholder.
