    ONE INCH IS APPROXIMATELY 2 1/2 CENTIMETERS.  I AM 5'5", WHICH IS 165 CENTIMETERS.  THIS IS NOT A QUESTION, IT'S AN ANSWER TO HELP PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO CONVERT THEIR FEET/INCHES HEIGHT TO CENTIMETERS.  I HOPE THIS HELPS. (I HOPE THIS IS RIGHT)
