hi lilian,,i go to a gym 4 nights a week,i am also trying to lose belly fat. i am doing pretty good,,you can diet , but thats harder and slower and no promise it will stay off...i am finding a small amount of wieghts with 20 minutes of cardio works well...i do 30 minutes of wieghts and 20 of cardio..i am getting good results after 2 months,,
