Your best option is to use a crepe pan. If u don't have that use a small stick free (tephlon) pan and spray it liberally with pam or butter. Then use a nice thin crepe batter and roll it around in the pan till u can flip it. wola u got yourself a crepe. Put them on wax paper until u have them all finished. Cool them off and eat, great with bananas!
