There are lots of dangerous crazy diets out there..if you are willing to pay out a lot of money and make yourself very ill,very quickly!...These type of diets/fasts don`t work in the long run anyway...as your body goes into starvation mode and your metabolism slows down as it`s trying to cope with storing any fat it still has in order to preserve itself...so when you start eating again you are bound to put on the weight and usually more as your body has got used to burning calories at a much slower rate. Follow a sensible diet eg,cut out alcohol,sweets ie candy!..biscuits,cakes and high fat food and junk food...Increase your fruit and veg intake and eat lean meat eg chicken,fish and protein such as eggs..without oils and dressings,Eat 3 healthy,well balanced meals a day that fill you up and don`t leave ou snacking in between and drink plenty of fluids especially water...and exercise regularly..the weight should soon start dropping off but at a much healthier rate.(Allow yourself occasional treats,you don`t have to live a punishing regime)!
