    How can a person have 5 DUI'S and still have a drivers license.

      Depends, over what time frame? Reciprocity between states did not exist years ago, and you could have gotten one in five states. Hard to do today with computer cross matching. Did you you catch the news last week, when a 16 time offender got 99 years for DUI. That's a bit extreme.

        gosh I do not know but my best guess is a good attorney and lots of money to pay them with ????? Does not make it right though.
