Seventy years of progress...Hopefully...beyond war with our celibration of life, Love and multi-curtural respect to embrace so much more of our lovely world in so many ways. Our advances in science, technology, medicine, and management has vastly improved all life here and hopefully Nature will benifet far more in years to come. Nearly every disease known to us has been studied and cured, prevented or recognised early enough to control or lessen in severity. No one saw what we have today coming along predictably well. We have had some close calls that could have cost million of lives but choices were made that have saved all our lives...thanks to JFK, Marten Luther King, Gorbachov and so many others. The world we were born into has given all of us great opportunities to benefit everyone and everything around us and is continuing to be filled with miracle-milestones along the way.

It is not about me, but I remember as a child, about 15 years old, my grandfather talking about things that changed in his lifetime. Cars, electricity, airplanes, to name a few. It was my first realization that life is really all about change. I've never forgotten that night at the dinner table.
