insanity is inheritied - - - - -you get it from your kids. hahahah
Seriously, give them something to do when they're screaming and yelling and fighting adn trying to get your attention. Distract them. Give them rewards for the desired behavior. Rewards work better than punishments.

If there are no consequences for their actions then their actions will continue. Try giving back what they get and you will see it stop. If it bothers you when they make a lot of annoying noise, find something that annoys them and do it back to them. When they complain about it then you let them know that every time they annoy you, you will do the same to them. If that doesn't work, hit them where it really hurts, take away what they love and don't give it back for a while, like until their behavior improves. If it doesn't improve then you take more away. If food is what they love, take that away. There is ALWAYS a way of hitting below the belt. YOU are the parent, TAKE CONTROL!!!
You have SEVERAL good answers, make your choice or use them all, but first of all, BE THE PARENT!
