LOL i have to have breakfast on the counter for eveyone else.. then I can sit down on the computer with my first wonderful cup of coffee. AKAQA is my breakfast.

I can't even stand to think about breakfast until around 9:00 am.I guess I'm not a morning person,although I am up at 4:30 or there-abouts every day.

I sip a glass of lukewarm water early in the morning. After a long night sleep bodies need hydration. Drinking coffee dehydrates the body. But drinking water before coffee or sode helps replenish our system.
