i would like to sugest cutting your carb intake to 100 g per day drink a whey protine drink breakfast lunch and dinner as well as a snack cut out sweets soda and caffine... eat veggies with the exception of corn peas and pototoes dont eat these they are hig in carbs also eat sugar free jello and puddings salad with fat free dressing and 4 oz of meat per day for 2 weeks I lost 30 pounds it was easy also get in 64 oz of water 3 bottles of spring water per day it will help flush your system good luck
