until we have 1 vote 1 person.and you keep breaking it down .until one person or party gets more than 50 percent of the vote.at least that tells you that at least over 50 percent of the country wants him...that is true democracy ........................................................

we have to vote and encourage or families and friends to vote also.  Politics might be corrupt, but we can't roll over like a dead dog.  We have to have courage and stand up for what is right.  That's what my mom and dad taught me. that's what i have always done.  not always easy, but that's what keeps good from not being beat down too much by evil.  good versus evil has always existed and probably always will til you get to heaven.  do what you can from where you sit or stand. and with the internet you can join groups that support the causes you believe in.  one person can change the world or at least the attitudes of people.  example: Martin Luther King; Ghandi; Ceasar Chavez, and many many more.  Even Hitler. He influenced the people, even tho not for the good of everybody.  But he shows how powerful one soul can be.

Depends what your expectations and definition of democracy are. List them and you will know what may be missing. That's your homework !
