Where to spray starter fluid on a self propelled lawn mower

I think it's from the 90s. I dunno. I bought it at a garage sale. It's one of those with big back wheels. It's hard to start.

probally wouldn't hurt to change the spark plug, it may not  be a gas problem

Yeah. I told my friend,Gary, I thought it might be a spark plug problem. But now, he's not speaking to me b/c he came over adn I wasn't home. I know, trivial, huh ?

Remove air filter cover or air breather and put in a very little squirt only.
