You need to see your doctor. Besides, you can do several things to lower the blood sugar, as follows:
1. Brisk walk in the morning for 30 minutes. When you walk, your muscles expand and absorb some of the sugar in your blood;
2. Control your diet. Take food with less sugar and low carbohydrate. Rice and noodle are high in carbohydrate, but Japanese udon is very low in carbohydrate. Chicken salad is another good choice;
3. Take garlic with meals. Slice two clovers of garlic and add soy sauce to it. Eat the garlic raw together with your food;
4. Eat blueberry or drink blueberry juice.
These things are not difficult to do. If you do them on a regular basis and take medication prescribed by your doctor, you should be able to lower your glucose sugar level.

First off, learn to chill a little. Keep close tabs on your BG's to determine what effects what and by how much. Data is your friend and can better help your Dr. determine just what should be done...Watch the "Highs" and stay aware of the lows, keep candy handy... Walk off the stress.
