i was told in school way back growing up in South of France that grammar is what children need to learn to be able to make sentences make sense...It is mainly the use of verbs as in (words that show an action)walking,running,swimming,going,talking,writing etc...when ever a grammar is correct,your sentence makes sense and others can read and understand clearly what you mean and what you say...tense such as past,present,future make mostly the grammar...punctuation may be part of grammar...not sure...now..I am 37 and all this I forgot most of it...lol...age!!
