I'm not computer savvy. But, I do know a little. When I tried to up date to the new Yahoo.Com, it totally messed up my systerm. My computer is not a high dollar one, but it is only 3 years old. I tried to Contact Yahoo, but got no real answers. If you can answer me, I sure would appreciate it. Have a blessed day.

People, when something like this happens, go to add/remove programs and get rid of it.  Assuming your computer is not at a blank stare.  If that's the case, you will need to go into safe mode and delete it.

First before downloading anything, be aware of your computers operating software, know it's bit system. (this wasn't important in the past but now there's many 32 bit systems still out there as in this case and they downloaded a 64 bit program)

if you don't know type [system] in your search bar under the start tab at the lower left. (PC only)

There click on SYSTEM and it will tell you all you need to know about your computer.  This of course is for PC/windows systems, you apple peeps need to contact your nearest apple geek.
