Iam a special olympics athlete people have told me I have a learning disability. I want to show people of all abilities that there is a way to excercise to maintain a healthy life style. Like they say if you dont use it you lose it. We need to use our muscle so they can work efectiently and efectively.
I also have been atending Les Mills classes held in Equilibruim in San Luis Obispo, CA these classes have helped me achieve smalls goal in Weight Watchers. Sinece I began joining these programs I have lost 10% of my Body Weight. We all have abilities that can be used and pushed to a certain limit. This is my opionion.
People have helped me become in shape and I want to help others tell me how please?
