you don't go asking around why goddoesn't kill the criminals in the first place, same as you don't ask why this natural disaster happened to japan , so tell me if this had happened to iraq, would you have cared or in afghanistan, would you have asked the same question or took the time to read about it?

I shall grasp that Nettle and try to expand on leeroy's answer. Here we go. This world is not ruled by the Almighty and loving God who created it. Here is the scriptural evidence.
Jesus said:
(John 12:31) 31 Now there is a judging of this world; now the ruler of this world will be cast out.
Bible Citations The apostle Paul wrote under inspiration of Holy Spirit 2 Cor 4 v 4
If, now, the good news we declare is in fact veiled, it is veiled among those who are perishing, 4 among whom the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, that the illumination of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through.
So who is the God of this system? and how come he controls this earth and not The Almighty God?
To answer this we have to go to the book of Ezekiel
(Ezekiel 28:14-15) 14 You are the anointed cherub that is covering, and I have set you. On the holy mountain of God you proved to be. In the midst of fiery stones you walked about. 15 You were faultless in your ways from the day of your being created until unrighteousness was found in you.
You need to read this in context in your own bible to get the whole picture. This is the Almighty speaking with regret that he entrusted the ruler-ship of earth to a faithless Angel. In a nutshell That angel still has control of this earth to this day. Once the Almighty made a law he cannot withdraw it. But he did institute a plan B to buy back the Human race.
[I have just realized what an enormous undertaking it is to explain years of research to outsider in a few minutes. I should have known better.] any way The GOOD NEWS is that God made another appointment one who live in the heavens with the almighty and was willing to be transferred by Holy spirit to the womb of a lowly Jewish virgin, and you know a bit about that.
Today we are living in the last days of this Tyrannical ruler-ship. If you think about what is happening in Libya at the moment you will get a picture of how destructive and costly it is to remove a lawless tyrant while remaining within the law yourself. Some thing like that is going on in the heavens which are hidden from human eyes. Hence it tells us in psalms 37:
