"Try a little experiment. Close your eyes and say to yourself: 'I wonder what my next thought is going to be.' Then become very alert and wait for the next thought. Be like a cat watching a mouse hole. What thought is going to come out of the mouse hole? Try it now."
This technique automatically brings you awareness of your own mind. You become alert and you step out of compulsive thinking.
From this position you're much more able to live in the present moment without being caught up in thought ECKHART TOLLE

It surly will pass. I used to beg God every night to take me home to be with Him. In my mind one day I heard Him say to me 'its not your time yet, I have work for you to do' You remember to keep God in your life. He will see you through. You are important to Him. The darkest hour is before the dawn. It will pass xxxx

I have felt like that during the worst of my depression. That's when I knew it was time to get on some anti-depression medicine. There is a reason for us to be here, that's why we are here. You are just going to have to find out what you are unhappy with yourself about and change it.
I know how bad life can suck, but you can always make it better by changing what you do in life, and how you think. You have to think positive and go out and be active when dealing with depression. If it's really that bad you should go to the doctor and get on some scrips.
But, I understand I've been there, at least you have a of people on this site that care about you! Make sure you do your best to recognize when you are down and don't isolate yourself, the best way to battle depression is to do what you don't want to do. Get out there and hang out with people. Talk to people on the phone, and exercise. Exercise is a well known depression fighter.
I'm sorry you are going through a rough patch, we all do, just make sure to address the problem and fight it. I sure hope you feel better. Best wishes.....

Been there done that. Just one day at a time. That is the only way to get through it. It always gets better. Sometimes it gets worse first. You have to remember that you arent the only one. Meditate. Clear your head. If it doesnt get better, don't be embarrassed to talk to your doctor. They are there to help you.
