I have absolutely no idea who you contact to report the whole police department and all the judges are on the take.  It would be scary to say anything to anybody; who can you trust! NO ONE.

Hey mate..those that make the law and enforce the law..ARE THE LAW..you want to charge the law,,,GoooooooD  Luck      30 odd years ago the cops in Queensland ran the prostitution shops ,,and the Commissioner ended up in jail,,and it is possible the Premier of Queensland was also involved,......it took a hell of a lot of courts to bring that rabble down,,,and a lot probably got away....always nice talking mate................................................................................................

When I was in my 20's I had a mate who was always getting stopped by the police for something, after a while he would phone the local police station every time he saw a police car being driven fast or erratic, to report the driver, In the end it became a game of cat and mouse, he would look out for them to report, and they obviously kept a keen eye out for him. He gave up in the end, he couldn't win.
