    what is the difference between roasted and pan roasted?

    Well, you can roast via a rotisserie or roast by pan. Both will cook your food. Rotisserie would be a way of keeping your meat from sitting in it's fat/grease run off while it cooks. I'm not really sure what you're asking here.
