Two years ago, it was Rob Ford when you posted this question however, the man has exhibited 'colourful' activities in the past few years.
At present, it is rumoured that Rob Ford is in rehab.

Rob Ford had to step down due to serious 'd**g' abuse videos and conduct issues induced by copious amounts of 'a*cho**l' consumption. It has been in our Canadian news for a very long time.
