Yogurt has sugar because it contains milk/cream which has natural sugar. Some natural sugar is not a problem. However, consuming dessert, soft drinks, candy, sugary beverages, etc. is not good (and contains not natural but processed sugars) and is part of the reason for many North Americans being overweight and therefore in poor health or even dying prematurely.

Is it nice Miss Ducky, and what flavour do you like best,

I haven't eaten yogurt for a couple of years, due to discovering a dairy allergy so I'll have to try different kinds made from soy, coconut, rice...not as good as Greek yogurt I'm guessing but we'll see.
Sugar is sugar and your body does not distinguish where it comes from. All things in moderation are fine.

Sorry witchway but I believe that "processed" sugars and "natural" sugars are totally different.
