Nothing gets removed from the internet. That's lesson one that everyone needs to know, once you post it, upload it it belongs to the internet, it then can go viral and destroy you!
But your post is two years old - but I will answer it anyway.
If you are advertising on a professional site, you may be able to cancel it. Apparently this is your business. If you are receiving free web-advertising your chances of having it pulled is slim if at all.
if you are paying and you have contacted them professionally with certified/registered mail (assuming all else failed) you then have cause for legal action. You won't win anything but if you have proper proof that you ordered your ad stopped, they can not make you pay for ad placement from the proven date of notification forward. You won't need to hire a lawyer for this, it should be service provided by state or g'ment. Consumer affairs, better Business, etc.
