Thats not the hard part,it's keeping it off.

Because so many of us LOVE TO EAT.

I admire people that have the willpower and mental toughness to lose weight and do it.

I'm not one of them. :(

    Gotta go...............I smell HAMBURGERS.

It is not hard to lose weight. It is matter of balance and common sense. Its like your bank account if you put more in than you take out than you have a big bank account if you take out more than you have than you have a negative account. You simply have to watch what you eat.  No one wakes up one morning is overweight even if it is just 5 pounds overweight, weight is put on gradually and it is taken off gradually ( usually).  Just really watch what you eat, if you are not exercising or moving all that much during the day then your body does not need to eat that much for energy.  If you are active you simply can eat more. Just use common sense and you can lose weight and keep it off.
