Charlie has talent for sure but the way he has been acting as of lately has totally turned me away from his talent no matter how talented his crap is he's out of order and under suspicion.

Old Charlie boy may just likely be rehired! If he's suffering from bipolar disorder, he needs help as he's definitley in the manic phase! I'd hate to have to see him when he gets into the depressive stage. OR he could be getting drug psychosis, after all he's done crack. Have you ever seen a crack addict? Paranoia runs rampant in their veins! It's a BAD BAD drug! I've known some folks who have fallen prey to same and it's not pretty!
