How can I keep grapejuice from fermenting while traveling.?

No, I want to travel with it, out of a fridge, and have it to drink for a few days. Would a leather flask preserve it? Or anything else?

Thanks for your quick, previous answer, though.

The absolute way to preserve it in the most pristine condition is to not pick it, take the whole tree!  Short of that, just pack it unpeeled in a cooler with cold packs, not directly on the ice, just cold.  I am sorry, I am re-reading now, first I thought it was grapefruit.  Sorry, for juice, I think the frozen method is best.

You must keep it in a frozen thermos....http://www.cafepress.ca/+frozen+thermos
