    Is there a weed spray to use in flower bed?

    Weed sprays, probably better to use a per-emergent product like Preen.  Use it only if you have no seeds planted, and if so, wait until they are up.  It will kill the seedlings identifying them as weeds.  It is better than non-discriminant weed sprays, however.  

    Best way to rid the garden of weeds is to pull them up, root and all.
