If so how would we keep the ship from being torn apart? Which type of black hole would be easiest to navigate? Does negative matter really exist? Once inside could we enter the wormhole and where would we end up?
What, if anything, is believed to exist in the center of a black hole?

If we learn to successfully navigate the wormhole we can control what time and place we exit. Pretty interesting stuff.

i know that, just been sarcastic, WE are much CLOSER than that :)
uh, but seriously, it'd be mad and awesome if they could do it in the coming ten years :)
who knows
I don't think you could if you were a one inch square of gold or lead. I think everything gets crushed to the point of energy being shot out on the other side many light years away where a star is born along with some fragments that over time become that suns systems bodys. Star making machines.?

I don't think it will be too long from now that we start to find out information about dark matter. With Zurn's technology smashing atoms, and breaking down the particles from each atom. They will stumble across dark matter.
But that kinda scares me because as human's we are messing with "God Like" power, that we do not understand and it could become catastrophic.

Maybe the sacrifice has already been made. can't believe you didn't actually consider that :(
how is that messing with god's powers,
god gave us the knowledge, what are we suppose to do with it, sit and stare at the facts?
if he didn't want us to use it, then why give it to us?
Just wondering if anyone had heard of the newer theory that if we find negative matter asteroids that may exist in the farthest parts of the universe and sent them in a split second before the ship that could be enough to prevent the ship from being crushed, also the effect of radiation, which the size of the black hole would matter.

Navigation may be possible with the use of negative matter, although it hasn't been physically proven to exist yet... So yes it's a very speculative question.
