    if someone has an accident while driving your car, does your insurance cover it?

    it would certainly go against their lisence, if their were driving illeagly probally nt. i think in most states  you would be covered for whatever insursnce you do have!..

    Insurance policies differ.Usually you will be forced to pay a higher excess.If the driver is under 25 the excess will be highest. Ask you insurer for a full disclosure.
