I purchased one of your cozy hemp adjustable collars about 1 1/2 to 2 months ago. I really liked it at first because the fleece helped heal a rash my dog had on his neck. But the problem is, that the collar slips all the time and becomes larger than I want it to be. I considered altering it myself to get it to hold the shape, but didn't for a couple of reasons. First, it was an expensive collar and I really shouldn't have to do that and second, my pup is only 1 1/2 years old, so he will probably still get bigger. I did take the collar back to the place I purchased it and they said to contact you about it. I do feel I should be compensated in some way, but I don't want another collar. Thanks
