He is as real as YOU choose to want him to be. Same goes for Santa Clause and the tooth fairy.

Everything you see around you , is it real? Well God created it or gave man knowledge to make it. The 4 seasons , do you feel them? Where you created from your fathers sperm to your mothers eggs and then from a a liquid form  you arm,legs,brain,heart, etc where formed and grew. 42 weeks later a human being in your mothers arm from her womb.Takes God to create  a miracle.

If my reality were based on what I see with my eyes, feel with my skin  and touch with my hand, then it would be impossible to know anything beyond the senses. That alone would tell me something is responsible for everything including my own existence and I would want to know that source above all else.
