Oh Yes - just so bad. Interesting - some time ago in the States people were put on diets which they followed but there was not much loss of weight going on and it was found the reason was the amount of fizzy drinks consumed - so full of sugar - I have always noticed my roly poly friends consuming vast amounts of fizzy drinks - also maybe because they have more body to hydrate - better to use other fluids. Of course they are not good for you for other reasons - must read C/B's thread when I get off this so cheap tablet - dare not open my laptop at present e-mail not working - all does my brain in. Oh yeah missed the word "diet" - should always read the question - but I feel sure they are not good for you in any case.
