What does it mean when I keep getting "High Memory Usage" or similar.

I have no idea if this is a danger zone or if I am running out of memory or what , I have no idea how much memory is on this thing and I really don't care. Maybe there are some programs that I can delete .

It means that you are using a lot of memory. I'd recommend defragging/system maintanence first, and if that doesn't help, get some external back up to move/store old files that aren't needed on your computer anymore.

Well you better care because one day you are going to reach capacity and it's gunna freeze and you will lose whatever you are working on at the time. You can do what pythonlover suggests but this will only put you back where you were, After doing this, I would recommend taking your computer to a computer shop and have them install additional memory chips. They are very cheap now and it's not worth the danger of losing data because of insufficient memory (RAM)
