You say, that you were only playing when you told the manager No. Was the manager also playing with you when she called you a bitch? Sounds like you can dish it out but can't take it !  If however,she was not kidding and you feel your actions did not warrant  being called a bitch, then call the Corporate Office. This is the best place to make complaints against managers.

Take her to the parking lot and introduce her face to the grill of your car. No more cup problem.

She doesn't sound very professional in her manner,maybe you should have followed her orders when she asked you to get the cups.She is probably sick and tired of the staff not following orders,you have to remember she is the boss.

go to her and tell her you dont appreciate her calling you names-curses at that and its innapropriate if this kind of behavior continues you will go to her manager and report it AGAIN because you should do it this first time because its abusive, mean and just plain wrong.
