WOE!  Go see a social worker at a Hospital or Community center fast and get in some Parenting classes. Call 311 too.  Go to the police NOW and have them come with you to go get your child. Everyday your child in with them is like your accepting what they say and you like them having her.  Weather it is a leagel aid lawyer or family court you must establish yourself as the rightful parent. Get your child in a good day care or find a good baby sitter and get the help you need to be a better parent. There are programs out there to help parents find them and use them. Keep a record of you food and clothing and rent payments to show how you take care of her. Also keep bad association and dangerous things away from baby. They HAVE to go to Court to take your child away from you. They have to prove it in Court to a judge. Until then get your child back NOW. Tell them if they will not work WITH you and the baby for a better life you will find someone else who will.
