Try your control panel in your start menu and see that your volumes are up and that speakers are turned on... sometimes when a pc or laptop goes into 'sleep' mode the speakers will disabled.... sometimes the same will happen when plugging in new devices... or you may need to reinstall your sound driver.... in any case also see here for more advice >http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1823704/speakers-arent-working-computer.html
