lol im using my macbook to do this now.
i need a pc because i need to run a software and it isnt availible on mac (not much software is availible) so i'm looking into it. found only a pc screen and i need to know if i only need a mouse/keyboard to use it fully.

The PC screen is the monitor, not the computer. Go to a computer store, best buy or something and have them show you what you need. You need the tower, not the screen.

No, the monitor is not a computer, it is only a monitor. You need what you call a tower, that is the computer and that is what the keyboard and the monitor hooks up to.
Now if you're looking for the brand new computers, I think Apple has the one where the computer is integrated right into the monitor. Those may still be a bit pricey though as they are the newest computer out there.

No. You still need the computer. The screen, keyboard and mouse are merely attachments that attach to the computer. The computer (tower) comes in different shapes, and may not look to you like a "tower", but it will hold the main electronic components of the entire system.
