Its not a provider issue . There are several enties under the yahoo umbrella when you use one it disconnects you from another making sign in a pain . They offer you a option to connect every thing and that is so very dangerous. They want access to your everything even when you are not on line .If you do thisyou might as well leave your house naked and walk thru the world . Google keeps every search you have ever done and sells this info to marketers .Look at the big picture ,the huge picture, Their goal is to know everything about everybody.Its not harmless or innocent .Every time you are given a option to select one thing or the other read the FINE print and you will have your eyes opened .I have tried all the chat services and pidgeo crashes or goes off line the least ,some times its slow ,but mostly its pretty good . The problem is its married to yahoo some how and if you look at yahoo mail and return to pidgeon there is a problem with sign in . Thats my beef here .

Well I am sure most if not all are "married" to Yahoo I guess. Yeah info personal info I do not care if it is something big or small it is my damn info and I am a very private person I don't use Facebook cannot stand it wish they would get sued off the face of the earth.

Thanks for the answer . I use pigeon to chat and its connected to yahoo . When I go look at mail it does something to pigeon and then it dont work .I am glad your road is smooth ,mine on the other hand has some seriou pot holes.
