I have trained dogs when thy are little. When thy go # 1 or # 2 in the house grab them and put there nose in it then put them out side for a time.O it dues work.

Be patient, if your dog is already house broken and has started this crap again (no pun intended) there is a reason for the behavior. Your dog may just not be feeling well or perhaps something in the household  has changed causing the dog to react. Perhaps an addition to the home either another pet or even a baby can cause the dog to feel a need for additional attention. Go back to the basics by taking your pet out first thing in the morning, 15-20 minutes after a meal and before bed time. Stay with the dog to ensure it has used the bathroom the way it is supposed to. Punishing the animal will not necessarily work, this may be the attention it wants and just make things worse. If you still cannot get desired results or the problem worsens, you may want to contact your vet.

    Take the dog outside.
