Assuming you have properly installed it, simply right click over your toolbars at the top of your browser window and select the toolbar you want to turn on. Selecting it will place a check beside it and it will then show above your browser winowo with all of your other toolbars. Keep in mind the more toolbars you have installed on your computer, the slower your computer will run. all those toolbars if the ones taht are not showing, start with windows and use resources on your system thus slowing the whole thing down. Stay away from those game toolbars and the shopping toolbars. Resist the temptations of toolbars, they will eat your memory up and eventually, your windwo space. before you know it, half your window will be toolbars stacked on top of each other and you'll be peeping underneath them all to surf the net

You don't turn on toolbars, they are either there or they aren't there. You have to download them. If you have Internet Explorer 9 they are listed under View in the upper lefthand corner of the screen.
