Where can I find a sample of an order by the court directing a warrant of commitment by the judge because of failure to respond to previous orders of the court? This I assume, like all the other orders, is written up by the plaintiff and then signed by the judge.

Issue of warrant of commitment:
A warrant of commitment authorizes the person named in it to be detained for a period of 7 days or for any shorter period that the Judge considers is necessary to enable the removal order to be executed.

Habeas Corpus Act 1679... plainly and specially expressed in the warrant of commitment) upon payment or tender of the charges of bringing the said prisoner.
