      2 slices of bread


      Butter or margarine


      Peanut butter


      method:   spread butter or margarine on bread,then spread peanut butter on top,put bread on top of other piece of bread with the filling facing down,cut in half.


      please note:you can leave out butter or marg if you are watching your weight.  Enjoy
