    eat small portions, breakfast, lunch, dinner. fruit or veggie snacks in between. activities like walking, biking, swimming, etc.

    Cut down on the carbs, and lower your calorie intake - cut out sugar drinks and sweets / chocolate. Grill foopd instead of frying. Good excerise goes with a good diet too,  Small things like when you go to the supermarket park the car at the furthest space away from the entrance, and a 15 miniute brisk walk 3 times a day.
