Apparently, nothing much happens there anymore. They've pulled the news crews.

Gee, 3 of our local network stations have the local  news at 4pm , 5pm, 6pm, 10pm, 11pm.- - -Not to mention the Canadian channel that we get here.

  Maybe your town doesn't have enough murders.

Here is the reason. They must sell advertising. Your local news station has heavily liberal political views. Only weak minded people watch the station, because they need the station views to make decisions for them. Not many watch , advertisers don't make money and stop paying for commercials. Therefore , the station cant stay in business. Its kind of like democrat radio shows, they just are not successful, because no intelligent people listen to it. Only the non intelligent.
