    A commissioner of Oats is the same thing as a commissioner for takung affidavits in Ontario. They are individuals, who can commission other peoples oats.


    A Notary is someone designated as such to give recognition to certain Goverment or private transactions or documents. Notaries Acts, provides that an Ontario Bassister and Solistor can automatically become a Nortary Public.
