    A metal part in the mechanism is broken and I'd like to find a shop near the 55011 zip code where I could take it to be repaired.

      From what I am reading, parts are only shipped to BarcoLounger dealers. If you can go back to where you purchased it, they should be able to help you. If not, then try www.yellowpages.com and see if there are any dealers in your area.
