      I know that coffee is considered to have a bad affect on people who suffer from migrane

        Doctors don't know what causes a migraine, just know what happens ie: the blood vessels in the head open up causing blood to rush there. Migraine headache medications DILATE those blood vessels, therefore diminishing the excruciating pain.
