There is a program for everyone . Its only a matter of qualifing there are apts here where you must make below a certain income and they are nice not junk . Some one is in the same boat as you its just asking questions . It might not be what you wish to hear but I have gone down to the homeless places and asked about dental stuff when I needed teeth pulled I qualified for a program and the result is teeth are gone and it was free .Land lords get a tax break for helping the diabled.There are social workers at these homeless places who cut through red tape like a hot knife through butter.Sorry you are disabled at 42 makes life tough there is inspration every where I know that sucks you dont need tough lov you need help .                Bill

Try your local senior center they are fountains of great information .Best place to learn of short cuts is from people doing what you are . There are people at the senior center who have done this for other people many times . Information is all over the centers flyers the whole nine yards . Play alittle pool see what else is going on . You are not the first person down this path    Bill
