If the student's record is that great that you want access to it, why would the school give it to you for nothing? They've rendered services, and they expect to be paid. However, if you think they didn't render services as expected, then you can sue them for whatever tuition has been paid.

That would be an unequivocal YES, especially if it is in the agreement you have with the school. They have no leverage for payment if they give you everything you want without your paying for it.
It's like my mom, paying in full for her kitchen to be remodeled before the contractor even started. Let's just say this: it took over two years to finish something that shouldn't have taken more than two weeks. AND, she had to file a complain with the state contractor's license board AND go through mediation. Had she paid him only the minimum required by law, he would have been much more conscientious in getting the job done promptly and professionally.

Another Day for a Workout
The first thing in the morning, as I am getting ready to roll out of bed, thoughts of what to do on body shaping, and which body part to focus on today? This is always the beginning of my wake up process. What I usually come up with are reasons to workout. Workouts for me are a process of working off the anger and pain, of fishing in the common pool of people who are just part of the herd.
Working out for me is another reason to dance. Dancing is how I choose to workout today. I had a bad experience with that government agency that practice take the kids for any reason, and keep them away from their parents, until they are eighteen. There is not a get out for good behavior with Children Protection Services, and in particular there is the ring leader, Peter Bricarello, case manager for the Riverside County, in the Banning location. This was the story that I had heard, that instead of getting more foremen to man the children that were kidnapped, branded in their hair with $$$$, and sold for $3K a month. This is the payment for a teenager with an anger problem. Just need a little help getting this out of my head.
Peter Bricarello, the social worker, for Children Protection Services of 901 Ramsey, in Banning, California 92220, had to get a new kidney in the summer of 2011, and he did not get replace during that time. All the kids, that were in foster care, were not allowed to have any family meetings or court cases, Peter choose to write abandoned by parents and did not want to see the wards. I jump out of bed, and turn the compact dick player on and the song is play, “Nothing going to stop us now” is playing and that is the being track for the morning routine of giving thanks for another day on the right side of the grave. And this is how I give thanks for another day on earth. I begin my dance routine with belling dancing and the songs are going to play for 45 minutes, and I will rock and roll with the music that plays. This is my time to work off the hate and the pain of the damages that has been caused by Children Protection Services, and Peter Bricarello, and his boss Ben Brandon. What can I do but dance away the emotions of desire to do more for the future leaders that he steals from their families in California, in Riverside County. Help is coming. And the workout for today is done.
